The day before yesterday was the second and last day off on this SA-training camp, this coming sunday I’ll already be travelling back home. It was a special day for me for also having my birthday party on sunday. I really felt as a sundays child , which doesnt nesassarily happen everyday ;-), so big thanks goes to guys here making it a day to remember! Since the weather was perfect with +26c and sunny we decided to take a couple of hours hike to a waterfall just around the corner here. Pictures will tell more!

Oh well...From monday on its been back to business. This last week here I’m pushing the intensity a little further on some of the sessions , and just doing my best to fight against the tiredness thats already piling up.
